Felinsburg — a modern metropolis where various animals live in one society. With the advances in information technology, news spreads instantly, and social networks have become the main platform for discussions, sensationalism, and even courts of public opinion. The most popular social network “Meowitter” affects the life of every citizen of the city.

The main character, the cat Kio, and his family became the first victims of a wave of misinformation, which caused many problems. There was no evidence, no logic—just emotional text and fake photos. But the wave of disinformation did not stop there; it began to gain momentum, turning a quiet life into hell.

Outraged by how easily a lie can destroy the lives of the innocent, Kio decides to fight for the truth. He creates an anonymous account on "Meowitter" to expose fakes, investigate who is behind disinformation campaigns, and restore people's trust in the news.
